MCDOT’s Mission for the Adopt a Highway Program is to provide individuals, families, businesses, groups, and organizations the opportunity to provide litter removal from Maricopa County roads. The program gives the volunteers a way to show their civic pride while receiving recognition for their dedication to their community and environment with roadway signs displaying their volunteer group name
