Food Bank Maître D's at AZCEND
Food Bank Maître D's are needed at AZCEND, a Chandler nonprofit that changes lives by nourishing minds and bodies to create a connected, thriving community. Volunteer duties may include:
- client check-in
- sorting and bagging donated food
- creating produce boxes
- cleaning and clearing the food bank area
- filling carts and assisting clients load food into their vehicles
Please bring a reusable water bottle and wear comfortable clothing and closed- toe shoes. Park along the street in front of the Community Center if parking spaces are full.
The minimum age for this volunteer opportunity is 13 with a parent or guardian. All Volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Volunteers ages 16 and 17 who aren't attending a project with a parent/guardian MUST bring a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or guardian to each project.
