9/11 Service Week: Chef's Night Off at HomeBase Surprise

Roll up your sleeves and help chop, slice, and dice with love as you prepare and serve dinner for homeless youth and young adults (ages 18-26) at HomeBase Youth Services in Surprise. You can also help pack lunches that will be distributed throughout the week to homeless youth and young adults. Allow the busy chef to have a nice evening off.

Volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes, and long hair should be pulled back.

The minimum age for this project is 11 with a parent/guardian. All Volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Volunteers ages 16 and 17 who aren't attending a project with a parent/guardian MUST bring a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or guardian, to each project.

Please note, volunteers 13 years or older can create their own HandsOn account and sign up for opportunities directly (activation fee is not applicable for those under the age of 16).
