Arts & Crafts at the Salvation Army Youth Activity Center
Volunteers will spend quality time with children at the Salvation Army Emergency Family Shelter by guiding them through an arts & crafts activity! Join us for an hour of fun and make a difference in a child's day!
The minimum age for this volunteer opportunity is 17 with a parent or guardian. All volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
If you would like to bring a child between the ages of 10 and 16, approval is required from the Salvation Army. Please email molly@handsonphoenix.org after you have signed up (and at least four days in advance of the project date) for assistance scheduling a phone call with Salvation Army staff to discuss the specifics of the opportunity and whether your child will be a good fit.
