Hunger 101

Agency: St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance

Description: Join Make A Difference and partner St. Mary's Food Bank, for Hunger 101, an evening designed to engage the community in a conversation about food insecurity, poverty and hunger.

June 7: This presentation explores and fosters understanding of the health and behavioral consequences of hunger.

June 19: This presentation includes discussion on practical and effective solutions to hunger, poverty, and food insecurity. Participants will discuss methods for creating and implementing solutions to poverty and hunger.

This session is free and open to the public.

This project is approved for volunteers with the following restrictions: Allow Pending Members
